Magpie Mail puts your Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks in one app that looks and feels like it belongs on your Apple devices. Sign in with your Google Workspace account and switch between mail, calendar and tasks without changing apps. Turn a message into a meeting or a to-do in a couple of taps. It talks only to Google, and keeps your sign-in in the Keychain.

Mail, calendar and tasks together

  • Read, reply, archive, star and label your Gmail, with your send-as addresses and signatures.
  • Day, week and month views of your calendars. Answer invitations from the message itself.
  • Schedule a meeting from a message, or add it to your tasks.
  • Join Google Meet calls, and find a meeting’s recordings and transcripts afterwards.
  • Look up colleagues in your company directory and your contacts as you type.

At home on your devices

  • A sidebar on the Mac and iPad, and tabs on iPhone.
  • Widgets for your unread count and what’s up next.
  • New-mail alerts and an unread badge, if you want them.
